SHIPPING POLICY: When "Free Shipping" is offered, it is specifically for the Continental USA (Lower 48 States). Hawaii and Alaska, are subject to a $5.00 shipping sur-charge, due to the additional cost of shipping. All other US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands etc. are subject to a $7.50 sur-charge. These rate are non-negotionable.
